一、定义
一日手术/日间手术(ambulatory（day）surgery)。日间手术最早源自欧美国家，此概念是由英国小儿外科医师JamesNichol提出的，是指选择一定适应症的患者，在1~2个工作日内完成病人的住院、手术、术后短暂观察、恢复和办理出院，进行多年后大家发现一日手术是一种安全可靠的手术模式。
