豆豆从出生开始，右耳上面就有个小小洞，以前一直也没有觉得有什么，可最近却发现里面有白色分泌物出来，并且会有点臭臭的气味。豆豆妈自认为挤出来就好了，没想到第二天发炎了，医院检查才知道是耳前瘘管，需要立刻手术治疗。豆豆的妈妈后悔不已，如果不是自己无知，孩子根本不会遭受这样一次罪。“富贵孔”是怎么形成的？“富贵孔”在医学上称之为耳前瘘管。在胚胎发育期，发育成耳廓的第一、二鳃弓的耳廓原基在发育过程中闭合不完全所致，是一种先天畸形。
说简单点，就是胚胎时期耳朵上应该闭合的地方没有闭合好，留下了小孔。而这个小孔，正通向你未知的颅内。
耳前瘘管有明显的遗传倾向，而且男女发病比例约4:1。感染一次，就会反复发作！一部分有耳前瘘管的人，平时没有任何不适感。但一旦发生感染一次，今后就会反复发作！
在急性发炎时，要用抗生素控制炎症，局部热敷。如已形成脓肿，医院手术切开引流。待感染控制后，进行瘘管切除术，避免反复感染。
如果不切除瘘管，很可能造成瘢痕粘连，最终形成脓瘘和瘢痕，严重的还可造成耳廓畸形！

2、要保持局部清洁。洗脸的时候，记得用清水洗洗耳朵前后；
3、保持耳部干燥。如果耳朵周围有水，用棉签擦拭就可以；
